We can see through walls with our state of the art Thermal Imaging technology. That means items like carpets, wooden items, and clothing will get soaked. Your walls also begin start to absorb the water. The restoration process involves getting any irreparable items off of the property and drying the water completely. Non-Penetrating Meters: This is a non-invasive system to avoid structural damage. They have a series of flat sensors on the bottom that measure the moisture levels between them. An excellent tool to compare the affected area to either a non-affected area, or a dry standard.

Thermo-Hygrometers: Thermo-hygrometers measure both the temperature and relative humidity in the air. These are excellent tools to determine how effectively dehumidifiers are working.
